SITESELF policy

Product, credits & responsibilities

Your purchase covers the guided SITESELF package. Website-builder credits, optional domains and other services are separate purchases you manage yourself.

1. Your SITESELF purchase

SITESELF Complete System costs US$199 once. You are buying a self-service educational package that teaches you to build, launch and update your own business website. You are not hiring SITESELF to design, build, operate or maintain a website for you. No physical goods are shipped.

2. What is included

The package contains eight finished guided videos, beginning with Start Here and continuing through Tutorials 1–7; seven protected, copyable lesson prompts; the 27-page v5 Complete System guide; five reference PDFs covering account and credits setup, preparation, the website glossary, connecting an existing domain and after-launch changes; and sixteen optional extra prompts. The lessons pair each numbered prompt with its matching video. A website-builder subscription, credits, custom domain or email account is not included.

3. Website-builder account, credits and plans

The tutorials use a separate third-party website builder. You need your own account with that service and must obtain and pay for the credits or plan required for your work directly from the provider. Those purchases are your responsibility and are separate from the US$199 SITESELF payment. SITESELF does not sell or supply builder credits, manage your subscription or pay your recurring charges. Check the builder’s current prices, included credits, usage rules and publishing requirements before buying.

4. Credit use and additional spending

Building, generating content and making changes may use credits. The amount depends on your website, requests, revisions and the builder’s current rules. SITESELF does not guarantee a fixed credit total or a maximum build cost. You are responsible for checking your remaining balance, approving additional purchases and managing any subscription or automatic renewal. A payment to SITESELF does not place a spending limit on your third-party account.

5. Optional domain purchase and renewal

You do not have to buy a custom domain where the builder offers a suitable hosted address under its current terms. If you choose your own domain, you purchase it separately and are responsible for registration, ownership details, account access, connection settings, renewal, expiry and fees. Keep your registrar login secure and check renewal dates. SITESELF does not register or renew your domain for you and cannot guarantee that your preferred name is available.

6. Hosting, email and other services

The website builder handles normal hosting for published websites, subject to its current plan requirements and terms; separate traditional hosting is not needed for that setup. A custom email address or mailbox may require a separate paid service. Paid images, apps, integrations or other services you choose may also cost extra. You are responsible for selecting these services, reviewing their terms and paying their charges.

7. Personal account access and digital delivery

When sales open, only confirmed payment grants access to a paid order. Sign in or create a SITESELF account using the same email used at checkout, confirm that email where required, then go to My Account and select Open Lessons. You choose your own account password; there is no typed redemption code supplied by SITESELF. Videos are watched inside protected lessons. The guide and reference PDFs can be saved and may carry your order reference. Prompts are copied inside the lesson area; a separate raw prompt TXT file and whole-package ZIP are not provided to buyers. Purchase-email sending still requires setup and testing before launch; this policy does not claim it is already connected.

8. Devices and personal-use restrictions

You need a compatible device and an internet connection. Access belongs to the purchaser and must not be shared, resold or redistributed. Lessons allow one active browser session at a time. To move to another device, close the lessons in the first browser or wait 15 minutes after its last activity. A forwarded link alone does not grant another account access. Protection cannot prevent all copying or screen recording. The required personal-use agreement is separate from optional marketing permission.

9. Your business information and permissions

You are responsible for providing accurate business facts, contact details, prices, service descriptions and other website content. Review any generated text or images before use. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for photos, logos, trademarks and other material you upload. Do not publish invented credentials, reviews, claims or promises. SITESELF does not verify your business facts or grant rights to third-party material.

10. Review, launch and ongoing maintenance

You decide what to publish and when. Test your pages, links, contact forms and important actions on suitable devices before launch and after changes. You are responsible for privacy notices, visitor data handling, accessibility, security settings and any legal or industry requirements that apply to your website. After launch, you manage content, provider accounts, backups or exports where available, renewals and ongoing checks. SITESELF does not monitor your website or keep it current for you.

11. Support and third-party changes

Custom website development, content writing, legal review and ongoing technical support are not included in this self-service package. Third-party providers control their own interfaces, prices, credit rules, availability and terms, which may change. Provider billing, account and service problems must be taken up with the relevant provider. SITESELF is not responsible for operating those services; its responsibility for supplying the purchased package remains subject to applicable law.

12. Results and responsibility limits

The materials provide guidance, not a guarantee of a particular design, launch date, search ranking, visitor count, lead, sale or revenue. Outcomes depend on your inputs, decisions, testing, market and the third-party services used. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SITESELF is not responsible for losses arising from your website implementation or operation, your third-party purchases or provider outages and changes. The Terms & Conditions explain the limitations of liability. Nothing in this policy excludes non-excludable liability, removes statutory consumer rights or releases SITESELF from its legal duty to supply the purchased materials.

13. Refunds and policy status

Your purchase and use are also subject to the Terms & Conditions, Licensing / Usage Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable Refund Policy linked in the footer. A final refund policy, business contact details, effective date and appropriate legal review remain required before sales open. This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule or authorize checkout or publication.
