Terms of use and sale

Plain-English terms for SITESELF digital products. Final legal review remains required before checkout opens.

Digital product

The SITESELF Complete System is a self-service digital product with eight guided tutorials (0–7), seven lesson prompts, optional Extra Prompts, launch and update guidance, and supporting planning materials. It teaches you to build and manage your own website. No physical goods or done-for-you website service are included.

Self-service nature

You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, making implementation decisions, testing the website and confirming it meets your legal, accessibility and industry requirements. SITESELF does not provide legal, tax, compliance or professional certification advice.

Third-party services and separate costs

SITESELF is independent of the third-party website builder used in the tutorials. The US$199 purchase covers SITESELF training materials only; it does not include website-builder plans or credits, domain registration or renewal, email services or other third-party purchases. You obtain and pay for any required plan or credits directly through the website builder at its current prices. Purchasing your own custom domain is optional; if you choose one, you are responsible for its registration, connection, renewal and fees. The website builder handles normal hosting for a published website, subject to its current plan requirements and terms; separate traditional hosting is not needed for that setup. Third-party availability, charges and policies can change.

Results

Examples are illustrative. SITESELF does not guarantee launch timing, search rankings, search visibility, leads, sales, revenue or any other business result. Outcomes depend on your inputs, execution, market and third-party platforms.

Personal-use purchase agreement

Before checkout, you must select the unchecked agreement confirming that the purchase is for your own use only. Do not share your account, access links, prompts, videos or guides with friends or anyone else, or resell or redistribute the materials. Agreement acceptance is recorded with your confirmed order. Marketing permission is optional and separate.

Complete System license

One purchaser may use the Complete System to build and maintain the purchaser's own business website, including pasting the prompts into their own website-builder project and publishing their website. The teaching materials may not be shared, resold, redistributed, repackaged or used as a licensed client-service system. No agency or client-resale rights are implied.

Intellectual property

SITESELF retains ownership of its lessons, prompts, guides and original product materials. Your business information and the original content you supply remain yours.

Refund policy — founder decision required

Checkout must not open until the founder selects, reviews and publishes the applicable digital-product refund policy beside the purchase action and in these terms. No refund promise is made on this pre-launch site. See the Refund Policy page for current status.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customer accounts use individual sign-in and purchase-bound access. Lessons are limited to one active browser session. Keep credentials private and use product materials only within the purchased license. Downloads may carry an order reference. Confirmed sharing, resale, redistribution or attempts to bypass access controls may result in access being restricted following review. Ordinary copying of prompts for your own website is permitted. These controls cannot prevent all copying or screen recording.

Responsibility after purchase

You build, review, publish and manage your own website. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of its content, required permissions, accessibility and industry obligations, testing, security settings, backups and ongoing maintenance. SITESELF does not operate or maintain your website and does not promise ongoing website support. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SITESELF is not responsible for losses arising from your implementation decisions, website use or third-party service outages, changes or charges, and excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or removes SITESELF's responsibility to supply the purchased materials as required by law.

Legal review and governing law

The limitation of liability, dispute process and governing-law terms require appropriate legal review before sales open. No governing jurisdiction is being invented for this preview.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated before sales open or when products and providers change. A business contact address and effective date must be added during final legal sign-off before checkout opens.
